Before the Journey: Preparing for the Polar Regions

Preparing for a polar journey is about more than packing camera equipment. From understanding the location and season to choosing equipment and dressing for extreme conditions, these are some of the lessons I have learnt through years of travelling in the Arctic and Antarctic.
